UFC Prospect Rankings: October 28, 2019

UFC Prospect Rankings

To be eligible for the list, a fighter must be under contract with the UFC, to have at least one fight with the promotion and to be fighting for less than 6 years as a pro (started fighting in 2013 or earlier). The rankings are based on the fighter’s potential to become elite fighter or even champions in their divisions. The lists are therefore not based on the actual rankings of a fighter in his division or on the win and losses he owns against other fighters on the list.

The Changes: Ciryl Gane finally got to show why I already said he is the future, he moves up to the top of the p4p rankings as I believe he is the best prospect in MMA. Movsar Evloev is also on the rise on the p4p list. Even if he lost to Gane, Mayes gets a spot on the Heavyweight list as he has shown before he is a good prospect. This drops Jeff Hughes out of the list. Rafael Fiziev gets a spot in the 155lbs rankings after his first UFC win. Loma Lookboonmee enters the 115 rankings after her UFC debut.
